Camden Community Nurseries

Affordable quality childcare and education

Places and Fees

As a not for profit organisation we work hard to keep fees affordable, using a sliding scale depending on parents’ ability to pay.

Our Board of Trustees always benchmarks fees against those charged across London to make sure we remain just below the average cost.

Here are our fees for all three nurseries.

Here is an explainer of our fees.

Parents are able to benefit from the 15 hours government funding. We also support Camden’s scheme offering free part time education for eligible two-year-olds, there is more information on this page detailing Camden’s childcare options. Camden provides more information in the form of helpful FAQs.

We are pleased to announce that Camden Community Nurseries will be offering the new 30 hours Government entitlement for eligible families from September 2017.

If eligible, you will be entitled to the 30 hours from the beginning of the term following your child’s 3rd birthday. You can find out if you are eligible by visiting the links below:

Admissions policy

We have a limited number of places for those living outside Camden. However Camden children will take priority.

We encourage children to our nurseries from a range of backgrounds, ethnicities, disabilities and those with special educational needs.

How to apply for a place

Our nurseries are very popular so it will help if you can plan ahead.

You can put your child’s name down on our waiting list at any time. Please phone the nursery of your choice to arrange a visit and to fill in an application form, which you can obtain from the nursery manager. Filling in an application form does not guarantee your child a nursery place but it will make sure you are on the waiting list. If a place becomes available the nursery manager will contact you.
